"The ProFlex doctor blade has generated a considerable amount of savings and safety improvements within our operations. We have also seen a reduction in anilox scoring and wear. We do a number of process and screen designs and receive the same quality results as we did with metal blades. Last of all is blade life. Before ProFlex blades we had to change blades after 30 rolls.
