ReNew Green Biodegradable Solution for Anilox Cleaning
Designed for easy, daily maintenance of the anilox system, ReNew Green effectively removes water-based inks and coatings from anilox cells and all parts of the anilox ink or coating system. Available in both concentrate and ready-to-use formulas, ReNew Green effectively prevents the build-up of ink and coating deposits in anilox cells to maintain print consistency and reduce the frequency of manual and deep cleanings. A buffering solution is added for safety and performance, enabling it to outperform caustic cleaners yet remain safe to handle and non-corrosive to metal surfaces. The formula is biodegradable, solvent-free and contains no VOCs.

ReNew Orange Eco-Friendly Cream for Anilox Cleaning

Anilox Roll Cleaning Brush

Plate Cleaning Brush
Gently but effectively clean photopolymer and rubber plates with our horsehair blanket and plate cleaning brush. The brush has quick bristle recovery, high heat resistance and low water absorption.

Handheld RollScope
Quickly assess anilox cell condition on-press with our handheld rollscope to determine when cells need cleaning and gauge surface wear.  The compact and lightweight rollscope is easy to use on-press and its high accuracy optics lens is available in magnification powers of up to 400x.  The scope has an integrated lighting system with long lamp life of 100,000+ hours and operates on three “AAA” batteries.

Capatch Disposable Anilox Volume Testing Strips
Quickly measure anilox cell volume using Capatch Disposable Volume Testing Strips to determine if cleaning is necessary, verify volume after deep cleaning and assess anilox surface wear.  Designed as a one-time-use tool to quickly measure cell volume, Capatch Strips use a calibrated amount of indicator fluid to test cell capacity.

Ink Scrub Hand Cleaner
